Every now and then, something comes along that just brightens your day. It could be Beyoncé's new album, a new season of a hit TV show, or it could be two uncontested icons living their best lives during a major sporting event.
No, we're not talking about any of the actual competitors, although keep it up Team GB! We're talking about the two volunteers who stunned as they showed off their best moves on the volleyball courts on Monday (1 August)
In footage captured by the BBC, two sand rakers at the Birmingham event took to the court to, funnily enough, rake the sand ready for a match.
But when Queen's 'I Want to Break Free' came on the speakers and Freddie Mercury's iconic voice sounded over the court, the two men served hard!
While one person gave us his best sand rake-guitar, another dropped the splits while the crowd cheered and applauded. Meanwhile, the rest of the team raking the court carried on and made up for the pair's lack of work.
One commentator can be heard saying, "Goodness me! That's brilliant flexibility. But now you need to go rake the court!"
In the comments people praised the men as "legends" and "icons" and we can only agree.
Based on the commentary of the hilarious moment, it appears as if the men are not actually part of the raking crew but had snuck in to give everyone a very pleasant surprise.
We love it!
