For the month of May, Attitude online will be showing off the best of the best of 2015’s sporting heroes. First up? Rugby union player Chris Robshaw. Find out all you need to know about the beefy 28-year-old below...

England Rugby Training And Press Conference

Top sporting achievement: Chris is the captain of the England national rugby union team. His position of choice is in the back row, if you’re interested...

Better Half: Chris was photographed hitting the town with his gorgeous girlfriend Camilla Kerslake last summer. She’s an opera singer if you don’t mind.

Best Attribute: His smile makes us go weak at the knees, but we have to go with his arms. It looks like he has two rugby balls up his two sleeves!

Sporting Quote: “It’s what you dream of as a kid. To run out and captain your country, it doesn’t get much bigger.” Ah bless, we’re welling up!

Special Weapon: Chris is a bit of a mummy’s boy, and she goes to all his games. In a 2012 Telegraph interview he said, “Throughout my life, and that of my two brothers, she has given us massive opportunities to achieve whatever we set out to. So long as we enjoy what we do, she will back us completely.”

Style: Like many sports players, Chris has been known to scrub up well in a suit for formal events, or in a rolled up light coloured shirt for more informal outings.

Training Tip: Chris trains hard with weights and rugby four days a week with a big game on Saturdays, and Wednesdays and Sundays off.

In The Game: He is renowned for his workrate, ruthless and relentless tackling as well as his ground work and fetching ability
